- Notify 77go immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or anyone else.
77go reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes. Documents that may be required include a Malaysian identity card, bank statement, or other relevant documentation.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
As a 77go user, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law or the rules of this platform. Specific prohibitions include:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Cheating, manipulating, or tampering with the integrity of any game or payment system.
- Sharing account access with third parties or selling your account to another person.

Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions on the 77go platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks for the convenience of Malaysian users.
Transaction-related conditions:
- Deposit: All deposits are processed within two to five minutes depending on the chosen method. 77go is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within the stipulated timeframe based on your current account limits. Identity verification may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount.
- Taxes and charges: Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that may be imposed by Malaysian authorities on their winnings or transactions.
- Transaction errors: In the event of any technical error in transaction processing, 77go reserves the right to correct the relevant account balance once the investigation is complete.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or abuse bonus offers will result in the cancellation of the relevant transactions and suspension of your account.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 77go platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or compatibility with any device. 77go is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from service disruptions.

- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
77go reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without notice if:
- There is evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
- The user has violated any provision of these terms.
- Account has been inactive beyond the designated period.
- Required by law or by direction of the relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 77go platform — including logos, text, interface designs, brand names, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of 77go or its licensed rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission from 77go.
